Build a home that feels tailor‑made.
Down to every detail.

From vision to reality — bespoke homes built with precision. We turn complex builds into a smooth experience with clear scopes, fixed milestones, and craftsmanship you can see and feel.

Who We Are

A builder focused on detail and durability.

Elad Homes delivers high-end custom builds with clear communication, rigorous site management, and craftspeople who care about every joint, reveal, and finish. Three values sit behind every project we take on.

01 — EXCLUSIVITY

Bespoke design and fine craftsmanship.

Tailored to your lifestyle and your lot. We take on a small number of projects each year so every home receives genuine attention from concept through handover.

02 — INTEGRITY

Transparent scopes, ethical practices.

Open-book allowances, itemized change orders, weekly reports with photos. Quality checkpoints at key milestones protect your investment and your peace of mind.

03 — COLLABORATION

A shared plan, executed cleanly.

We align designers, trades, and suppliers around one schedule — so execution stays smooth, predictable, and on time. One project lead, one number to call.

The Elad Standard

Built to a higher specification.

We don't compete on price — we compete on what you'll feel ten years from now. Every Elad home is engineered, detailed, and managed against a private set of standards we publish openly. No surprises, no shortcuts, no compromise.

Build Science First

Continuous insulation, controlled ventilation, thermal bridge analysis, and acoustic separation as standard. Your home performs like a class-A commercial envelope — quiet, dry, and efficient for decades.

  • R-30 wall · R-60 ceiling minimums
  • HRV / ERV with MERV-13 filtration
  • Blower-door tested under 1.5 ACH₅₀
02

Signature Detailing

The reveals, shadow lines, and transitions other builders skip — we obsess over. Flush bases, plaster returns, integrated linear drains, and millwork tolerances measured in millimeters, not inches.

  • 1.5 mm tile-to-tile alignment tolerance
  • Hand-finished plaster on feature walls
  • Custom millwork shop in-house
03

Private Client Experience

One project manager. One designer. One shared portal. Weekly walkthroughs, real-time budget tracking, and a single point of accountability — the way private aviation and yacht builders handle their clients.

  • Live budget & schedule dashboard
  • Concierge selections & sourcing
  • 5-year post-handover service plan

Trades & Materials

A closed network of 40+ vetted trades who work only on Elad sites. Stone from the same quarries used by the Aga Khan Museum. Hardware from Vola, Dornbracht, Sun Valley Bronze. Nothing on your home is a compromise.

  • Trades vetted against 7-point standard
  • Direct-import stone & veneer program
  • Heritage-grade hardware sourcing

A house is the most expensive thing most families will ever own — and the one place they should never feel rushed, talked-down to, or kept in the dark. Our job isn't to build walls. It's to build the kind of home you stop noticing, because everything just works.

In Their Words

Clients, first.

A few notes from homeowners and design partners we've had the privilege of working alongside.

Elad ran our build the way we wish every contractor did — calmly, transparently, and without surprise invoices. The weekly reports made everything visible.

How We Work

A process built for confidence.

Six phases. Every deliverable named, every timeline published, every dollar tracked in a shared portal you can open from your phone. The way private aviation and yacht builders run their projects — adapted for your home.

2–4 weeksComplimentary

Understanding what you actually want.

We start with a private site walk and a long, unhurried conversation. No sales pitch. We learn how you live, what frustrates you about your current home, and what realistic scope and budget look like before any drawings exist.

  • Site assessment & feasibility memo
  • Indicative budget range with allowances
  • Architect & designer recommendations
  • Realistic timeline scenarios
8–16 weeksDesign fee · refunded on build

Drawings that actually get built — on budget.

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with your architect, embedding constructibility and cost feedback into every iteration. No "value engineering" surprise at the end. Every line on the plan is priced as we go.

  • Live cost model updated weekly
  • Material & finish board with sourcing notes
  • 3D renderings & VR walkthrough
  • Permit & approvals strategy
6–10 weeksLocked-in pricing

Locked scope. Locked price. Locked schedule.

Before a single tool hits site, you receive a Construction Master Document — every spec, allowance, exclusion, and change-control rule signed off. You will know what you're getting and what it costs.

  • Construction Master Document (60–120 pages)
  • Trade contracts & bonded subcontractors
  • Permits in hand · insurance bound
  • Critical-path schedule with float analysis
10–22 monthsWeekly draws · transparent

The build, with you in the loop every Friday.

Live dashboard. Weekly walkthrough video. Friday written report. Quality checkpoints at framing, rough-in, drywall, finishes, and pre-handover. Issues raised in the open and resolved before they cost you anything.

  • Real-time budget & schedule portal
  • Weekly site video + written update
  • 5 quality checkpoints with sign-off
  • Single project manager · single accountability
2–3 weeksConcierge handover

Move in to a home that's actually finished.

No 80-page deficiency list. We do a third-party building science inspection, a deep clean, and a personalized walkthrough where every system, switch, and shut-off is explained on video for your records.

  • Independent third-party QA inspection
  • Detailed home-systems video manual
  • Warranty registrations transferred
  • Concierge move-in coordination

Sustainability & Performance

Built to outlast the climate it lives in.

Every Elad home is engineered around a published performance target. We measure embodied carbon, model operational energy, and build to envelopes that meet or exceed Passive House and Net Zero Ready standards — without the visible compromise other "green" builders ask of you.

Continuous exterior insulation, thermal-broken structural connections, triple-glazed European windows, and acoustic separation as a baseline. Your house is quiet, dry, and comfortable in any season — not just on the spec sheet.

Healthy Air

HRV/ERV with MERV-13 filtration on every project. Low-VOC finishes, formaldehyde-free cabinetry cores, and dedicated radon mitigation. Indoor air quality monitored at handover and re-tested at year one.

Net Zero Ready

Solar-ready conduit, EV-ready electrical panels, heat-pump primary heating & cooling, and induction-ready kitchens are standard. You can decarbonize fully on day one or phase it in — the home is ready either way.
